Now, I have a rapidly expanding business, a podcast generating more than $2,500 a month in ad revenue AND I'm not spending all my time producing it.

It's not ok that you should have to consider whether you can keep going with your podcast because of time or money. Your podcast should be built on a system, make you money and help your business to grow.

In early 2015, I launched a show that flopped. It didn't just flop, it crashed and burned and in 60 days it was done. I had less than 200 downloads in the 60 days it existed.
